I do hereby certify that I have read, understood and agreed the term(s) and/or condition(s) of the MALCOM competition wherein it is stated that the decision(s) and/or declaration(s) of the Panel of Judge(s) in relation to the issue(s) of modeller(s) eligibility, skill level(s), model placement(s) etc. is/are final.

The Panel of Judge(s) and/or the Organising Committee is/are not obligated to provide any feedback on the decision(s) and/or declaration(s) for all or any of item(s) entered for the MALCOM competition.

However, a feedback on the same can be provided upon the specific written request of any participant(s) accompanied by the immediate payment of the prescribed fee. This feedback provided is based on an opinion in the artistic form and therefore shall not be a subject matter of appeal in any Court and/or mediation body by the specific participant.

And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provision of the Statutory Declaration Act, 1960.

Model Entry Rules

Maximum Entry Count
You can submit a maximum of 8 models per registration.

Same Competition Level
All models of the same category must be entered at the same competition level. Mixing levels within a category is not allowed.

Example
If a participant enters Model Ships at the Standard level, all Model Ships entries must be at the Standard level.
Similarly, if a participant enters Model Ships at the Master level, all Model Ships entries must be at the Master level.
A participant cannot enter some Model Ships at Standard level and others at Master level in the same category. This ensures fair and consistent judging across all entries.

Important Confirmation
Please confirm the Category and Level for each entry. Once submitted, these selections cannot be changed.

Junior Category (1A & 1B)
All model entries are free.
Late registration fees and amendment fees apply if submissions or changes are made after 1 May 2026.
